By accessing and using the Lotus Boutique Salon website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without notice.

Appointments & Booking
All appointments are scheduled through our booking system, Phorest, and are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. A card on file may be required to secure bookings.

Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule their appointment. In these cases, the cancellation policy will still be enforced, and a fee will be applied.

Refunds & Adjustments
All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and services performed during your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant hair history, allergies, or medical conditions prior to services. Lotus Boutique Salon is not liable for adverse reactions when proper information is not provided.

Third-Party Services
We use Phorest as our booking and client management system. By booking with us, you acknowledge that your information may be securely processed through this platform, which operates under its own privacy policies.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and text, is the property of Lotus Boutique Salon and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms
Lotus Boutique Salon reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
