How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book online [here]. Once you’ve scheduled, please text us your hair inspiration photos so our stylists can be fully prepared for your appointment.

Can I work while I’m getting my hair done?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring your laptop or tablet — we have outlets available so you can stay charged and connected during your visit.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?
For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment.

Can I bring a friend or family member with me?
Due to limited space, we ask that you come solo unless your guest is also booked for a service. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the salon comfortable for everyone.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens! We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments changed within 24 hours, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service booked. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure we stay on time for all guests.

What’s your redo & refund policy?
Your satisfaction is so important to us. If you need any adjustments, please reach out within 10 days and we’ll be happy to make it right. We don’t offer refunds on services due to the time, artistry, and product involved, but we’re committed to ensuring you love your hair.

Can I return or exchange products?
If you change your mind about a product, we’re happy to exchange it within 14 days as long as it’s unopened. Products used only once may be swapped for something of equal or lesser value. We can’t accept returns on products that are less than 90% full or that have been opened beyond a first use.

Are deposits required for extensions?
Yes — all new extension appointments require a nonrefundable retainer to secure your spot. This can be applied to a future appointment if you need to move the date.
