How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online [here]. Once your appointment is scheduled, please text us your hair inspiration photos so your stylist can be fully prepared for your visit.

Can I work while I’m getting my hair done?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring a laptop or tablet. We offer accessible outlets so you can stay charged and connected during your appointment.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?
To maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment.

Can I bring a friend or family member with me?
We ask that guests attend appointments solo unless their guest also has a scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule to avoid disrupting the schedule. In such cases, the cancellation policy may still apply.

What’s your redo & refund policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you would like an adjustment, please contact us within 10 days of your appointment, and we will be happy to make it right.

Due to the time, expertise, and professional products used, all services are non-refundable. However, we are committed to ensuring you leave satisfied with your results.

Can I return or exchange products?
We gladly accept product exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and unopened.

Products that have been used once may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that are less than 90% full or have been used beyond initial testing.

Are deposits required for extensions?
Yes. All new extension appointments require a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking.

This retainer may be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled with proper notice in accordance with our cancellation policy.
